Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the IMPACTs conference, hosted by the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA). 

IMPACTs (Industry Meetup Program for Advancing Careers and Technical skills) is a unique conference hosted by KSEA that brings scientists and engineers in industry to network, share stories and development their soft skills.


Our mission is to build peer-to-peer support systems within the industry, provide practical tools and insights on navigating the corporate world, and expose students to careers outside of academia


IMPACTs helps scientists and engineering professionals expand their skill sets and reach career success by providing avenues to learn how to self-advocate, build your brand, and ultimately take ownership of your career path towards leadership.
