Here are some of the frequently asked questions participants ask about IMPACTs 2025. 

Registration: 

You MUST register AND pay your registration fee to confirm your attendance with us. Failure to register within the deadline, your application will be withdrawn. 

Registration Fee for KSEA member Early Bird w/one roommate: $200 

Registration Fee for KSEA member Regular w/ one roommate: $250

Registration Fee for Non-KSEA member w/one roommate: $350

*$150 additional cost to request single room

Registration will open February 3rd, 2025.

Early Bird: February 3rd, 2025 - February 17th, 2025

Regular: February 17th, 2025 - 28th, 2025

Hotel Accommodation:

 Accommodations will be provided to all accepted participants on the evenings of March 28th and 30th (Check-In: March 28th; Check-Out: March 30th). Please note that all rooms will be double or single pending the participant's selection during registration.

Airport Shuttle to and from the hotel is NOT available. Recommend taxi or ridesharing app.

Travel Reimbursements:

 Participants who are attending IMPACTs 2025 are eligible to apply for the partial travel reimbursement based on their current location. You MUST submit your travel reimbursement application to us within the deadline in order to be eligible to receive the partial travel reimbursement, failure to do so will exempt you from receiving the travel reimbursement. 

Travel reimbursement application is due after the conference. Date TBD.

Criteria and the maximum amount reimbursed to be announced.

Parking Information:

Harrah LV offer a parking garage which can be accessed from the Las Vegas Strip in front of Harrah's with a clearance of 6 feet 11 inches. Valet is also available, when space allows. To get to the parking garage and valet, take Flamingo Rd East exit, turn left on Las Vegas Blvd., Harrah's is located on the right just past The LINQ.
