How does Application and Registrations work this year? 

1. Submit your application

2. Within the next 48 hours, you will receive an acceptance email with a registration link and a coupon code based on your choice of lodging situation (w/ or w/o roommate).

3. Submit your registration and pay the registration fee. 

4. and you are done! Please book your flights as soon as possible and we can't wait to see you at New Orleans! 

Timeline: 

• Application/Registration (includes lodging): Nov 4 - Dec 7th, 2026

• Registration Close Final Deadline: Dec 28th, 2026 

Registration Fees:

✅ KSEA Members 

• With one roommate: $150 (1 night)

• Without roommate: $250 (1 night)

• With one roommate: $250 (2 night)

• Without roommate: $350 (2 night)

• Without lodging: $100
