How does Application and Registrations work this year? 

1. Submit your application

2. Within the next 48 hours, you will receive an acceptance email with a registration link and a coupon code based on your choice of lodging situation (w/ or w/o roommate).

3. Submit your registration and pay the registration fee. 

4. and you are done! Please book your flights as soon as possible and we can't wait to see you at New Orleans! 

Timeline: 

• Early Bird Application/Registration (includes lodging): January 28 - February 23rd, 2026

• Regular Application/Registration (includes lodging): TBD 

Registration Fees:

✅ KSEA Members 

• Early Bird (w/ one roommate): $200

❌ Non-KSEA Members:

• Early Bird (w/ one roommate): $350

➡️ Single room request: Additional $150
