🔹 Regular Registration (includes lodging): February 18 – Februrary 28, 2025

🔹 Regular Registration Extention (includes lodging): March 1 – March 7, 2025

Registration Fees

• ✅ KSEA Members:

  • Early Bird (w/ roommate): $200

  • Regular (w/ roommate): $250

• ✅ Non-KSEA Members:

  • Registration (w/ roommate): $350

• ➡️ Single room request: Additional $150

To confirm your attendance, you MUST complete registration and submit payment by the deadline. Failure to do so will result in withdrawal of your registration.

Registration opens February 3, 2025—secure your spot early and save!

NOTE: There is no application process. Once you register, please coordinate your transportation (flights, etc)
